At the Watford Partnership for Teacher Training CPD is a shared responsibility across all partner schools:

• The partnership has two strands: Professional Studies and Subject Studies
• Professional development leads run the Professional Studies programme
• Heads of department establish priorities for trainees and ECTs in their subjects and lead on Subject Studies programme
• There are eight sessions per year with a combination of face-to-face and virtual sessions
• In addition to this ECTs and their mentors follow a programme created by the Education Development Trust.
